Every gift, no matter how small, helps us to provide shelter, food, hope, self-respect and a future to all those we welcome through our doors. We value and depend on voluntary donations from all sectors - individuals, business, trusts, organisations.
A gift can be sent at anytime and makes a lasting impression on those we support.
The charity can reclaim the tax you have paid on your donations - those made in the last four years and any future donations you may make.
To qualify for Gift Aid, you must be a UK taxpayer and what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount that SJOG (and other charities you donate to) will reclaim on your charitable gifts in a tax year. We can currently increase your gift by 25%.
For example if you donate £10, we can reclaim £2.50 making your gift worth £12.50 at no extra cost to yourself.
Please remember to sign the Gift Aid declaration on the donation form.
